Refund & Return Policy – House of Shagun

🛍️ Returns

 

You may request a return within 3 days of your purchase.

Unfortunately, if more than 3 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged as received.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

💳 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, UPI, or bank account for COD orders).

Delayed or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, recheck your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card issuer—it may take time to reflect.

  • Next, speak with your bank, as delays in processing are common.

⚠️ Sale Items Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. We regret that sale items are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges (if applicable)

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products. If you need a replacement for the

same item, please write to houseofshagun9@gmail.com, and we’ll share the warehouse return address.

🚚 Shipping for Returns

 

To initiate a return, please email houseofshagun9@gmail.com and we’ll provide the return shipping details.

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping charges.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Delivery time for exchanged items may vary based on location, typically between 4 to 6 business days.
